"We loved everything about our 2-night stay at Hotel Antika! We had two rooms (one for us and for our adult daughters) and both had gorgeous views of the Matterhorn. The hotel is charming in its simple mountain elegance. The beds were comfortable (two twins pushed together with night stands on either side). Everything was clean and designed to make guests feel at home. We appreciated the large bottle of still water and coffee supplies in the room, ample closet and drawer space for our needs, and bathroom with many shelves under the sink. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices for everyone. The cappuccino from the coffee machine was excellent. In the basement, there is a lovely area for taking in a sauna or steam room after a day of hiking. Natural light enters through a skylight. There are infrared chairs and foot baths. The hotel is perfectly located near shops, groceries, and the train station in Zermatt. We are staying in many hotels throughout Switzerland and this was our favorite. We will definitely stay here again next time!"
