Homestay di Quebec

"Avoid Les Refuge at all costs. They say check in starts at 5pm but that’s also when their customer service closes. I went in just before in case there was problems and thank goodness I did. The floor was full of dirt, the garbage was overflowing with beer cans, wine bottles on the kitchen island. The sink was clogged with rotting food and all the beds were a mess. I called reception just as they were about to close and Nicole was very unsympathetic, she did send a cleaning crew who were lovely...

"We had an amazing stay at Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time there. The only minor issue we experienced was that the water would occasionally shut off, likely due to the moisture sensor/system. Other than that, everything was excellent. The host was responsive and accommodating, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
