"Worst hotel experience I’ve had. The problems started before I even checked in. There was no self-parking available, only valet, which cost an outrageous $62 per day.
I originally booked through Expedia without any issues, but when I needed to extend my stay, I booked the additional nights directly through the hotel. Because of events happening in town, the rate skyrocketed, and the cost of my room nearly quadrupled by the middle of the week. I understand rates can fluctuate, but it was extremely frustrating to pay around $400 a night for this level of service.
To make matters worse, our room keys constantly stopped working. We had to make multiple trips to the front desk to have them reprogrammed, which became a daily inconvenience. On top of that, the hotel advertised a “free breakfast,” but when we went to the restaurant, we found out it wasn’t included at all and started at $22 per person.
Between the overpriced valet parking, inflated room rates, repeated key card issues, and misleading breakfast information, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I expected much better service and value for the price and would not choose to stay here again"
