"We booked our non-refundable trip on Expedia. The day after we booked, we received a message from the hotel on the Expedia app stating that there would be additional charges of $68/day + 10% VAT per day. These charges should have been disclosed before we booked a non-refundable trip. The hotel was nice. We arrived to our room and the sensor on our front door was broken off. It worked still, it was just trashy looking. The food is way overpriced and the prices you see online & on the screen in your room compared to what you actually pay are off. The twin lobster tails at JWB say $80 when you look at the menu on the TV in your room & then they are $110 on the menu in the restaurant. Additional toppings on pizza at Frank & Lola’s say $1.50 each when you look at the menu on the TV in your room & then they are $3 each on the menu in the restaurant. I don’t regret booking here but I would never stay here again. The property is nice and most of the staff are too."

"This is our 3rd stay at Baha Mar! While the restaurants, convenience shop, activities such as pickle ball and tennis, renting a cabana are terribly overpriced but the resort is beautiful and clean. The numerous pools and beach are amazing. The outdoor areas, and casino esthetics are fantastic. Most staff members are pleasant and helpful. The rooms at the Grand Hyatt are very nice. The food at some restaurants is just ok, expensive and bland. Stixx, Cleo, Pizza Lab are pretty delicious. The Jazz Bar is amazing with nightly entertainment. Last year we stayed at the Atlantis which was enjoyable but decided to return to Baha Mar again (for 3rd time) because it is a relatively relaxing and beautiful environment."

"Had a great time. Loved the resort & staff. Just wished the shuttle service between properties was not so confusing. You role see the property your going to listed on the top of the shuttle & then the driver tells you “no, not going there” and a few of those drivers were really rude. Not all of them but we did have a few that were. P"

"Beautiful property and rooms, very courteous friendly service, extra clean pool. Cons: bathroom floors could have been cleaned better. Pool and beach service: Constantina was amazing, but the other servers were nowhere to be found and never followed up. Avoid the sales pitch, not worth it at all."
