"The beach had really nice fine sand and usually easy to find beach chairs. The property was run down and the staff kind of rude. They would run out of regular beer before lunch and light beer early afternoon. It is disappointing that an all-inclusive runs out of drinks and food every day. There was also a lot of smoking on the property. It is a cheaper option than the Baha Mar resort next door and the food is decent. Pools were clean. I feel like this resort was in its prime 25 years ago and they have not done upkeep since. "

"The listed amenities were not available (pool bar was closed, no available shuttle to and from the airport, restaurant was the tables to eat the breakfast buffet at-which ran out of coffee every single day) and I had a cockroach running through my suitcase!"
