"The staff especially juliana we’re very accommodating and nice. She really tried to make up for the fact that Hilton has operational quirks that could be worked out. Like how you charge room service. when I signed my name and I put charge my room it was two in the morning and I quickly ate and went to bed after a 20 hour journey into Brazil. Only to be woken up to pay for the burger. Then I couldn’t go back to bed. No point in paying for a Hilton if you can’t sleep over the price of a burger The place needs mold remediation, I would never go to this Hilton again, unfortunately and hope that they remediate the property. I smelled mold anywhere there was carpet, maybe have the sunshine in a bit more. Had I not had work in Barra I would not have been in the area, but overall not a pleasant day. The property needs work, but the staff definitely try to make it better."
