"Spacious room and great staff"

"This property lives up to all the online photos. It was absolutely lovely, beautiful breakfast, fast to the old town (once we worked out to walk over the old bridge). Staff were fantastic. Gorgeous place. Would definitely stay again."

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Beautiful relaxing place to stay while exploring the Tyrol!"

"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. "The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good. Parking was easy. Although it was close to the city centre it was very quiet. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. All round a lovely place to stay in Merano."

"This hotel is not recommended to stay the hottest months, the room has no air conditioning and being next to a road with a lot of traffic you can not sleep with the window open. Otherwise it is a hotel that is quite good and surely in the colder months it will be very nice."

"Perfect location! Beautiful river just steps away and very convenient to shopping, hiking, and the pools."

"Great location, facilities and service. Excellent experience. Fabulous cuisine. Stayed there twice already and definitely will come back!"

"The personal attention and detail to the customer experience was superb. The staff was very friendly and caring, kind and easily approachable. The rooms were clean, functional and spacious. The accommodation process was easy and simple. The food choice and option, both for dinner and breakfast were carefully catered. Ratio of charge for service was very fair and optimal. "

"Bodde på hotellet som familj, barn 8 och 10 år. Allt var perfekt, otrolig service, fantastisk frukost och barnen kunde springa omkring fritt och leka."

"We enjoyed staying at Hotel Kolping. The Spa was wonderful!"
