"Overall, the stay was okay, but it didn’t fully meet expectations. The location was convenient and the check-in process was fairly smooth, which I appreciated. The staff was polite, but not especially attentive. The room was decent, but it could’ve been cleaner and felt a bit outdated. A few small maintenance issues and lack of attention to detail made it feel less comfortable than it should have been. Nothing terrible — just not quite what I was hoping for. It’s not a bad place to stay if you’re just looking for something basic, but there’s definitely room for improvement."

"We love staying at the Hilton however this past experience was not so great. The staff upon checkout were all rude and showed a bit of racism and favoritism. Never expected that because in the past it was always a pleasurable experience. The room was awesome except for the shower door wouldn't close properly without lifting up on it and the hot water wasn't working properly. Checking out made this stay very disappointing. Your staff needs to work on their customer service. Courtesy and kindness is key. The view was breath taking.l "

"Condo was nice & clean & Southern Vacation staff responded to texts quickly & were very helpful! However, couches not comfortable & very worn, would have been nice to know that we needed to bring coffee filters & paper towels & toilet paper need to be upgraded to better quality products. Overall everything else good! "
