"The Westerly Inn doesn’t have ANY of the amenities they claim to have on site. They told us you have to walk two blocks to the Days Inn to use their pool, get breakfast, etc. The “Inn” is a rundown motel with low lives living in the parking lot. When we walked the two blocks to the days inn to check in they told us they had rented out our room because we were “late” to check in. "There are several little amenities that are nice for families. Like the pool, patio/cabana area, and right near the beach. Also there are little things like a nespresso maker in the morning and little scavenger hunt for the kids."

My only real gripe is the bed was too firm for my liking and I couldn’t sleep well either night but if that’s not a problem for you I would recommend the Silver Sands."

"+ check-in was easy + cabin seemed fairly new and was well laid out + pet friendly - the cabin was not recently swept or cleaned when I arrived. There were several dead flies on the shower floor, a simple rinse would have cleaned them. There were a few spider webs in the empty storage areas. There were also 3 spiders. I get it, your in the woods, but inside the cabin itself was very buggy. My tents have been cleaner. - remember to bring bug spray for the campground. I had more mosquito bites...
