"Room was very clean and large space . Hallway to get to upstairs was a bit outdated and many stairs so someone with an ailment would have a hard time . Check in with glass was a little weird like is there a safety issue ? Overall for one night was fine !"

"This was my first time staying here and it was great. It’s close to downtown New Haven which means most things are in walking distance. The hotel is extremely nice, very well decorated, and clean. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help accommodate me.
