"Really awful management, had to cancel our stay due to a medical emergency. Had asked management for a letter of cancellation or no show for my insurance policy and they’ve ignored all requests and have refused to provide evidence which means we can’t even go through the travel insurance to get some of the money back. Really disgraceful service and would advise to stay away from booking with such an awful company due to the lack of general help."

We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was incredibly spacious, modern and very comfortable. "We’ve had a lovely stay at our three house home for 4 nights. The service was really great and we felt so welcome from the moment we’ve arrived with first of all a tour around the hotel and our appartment, our host gave us some great advice on good restaurants, walks and other things to know to have the best time in Madeira.
