The Bath tub could take hours to fiil up, so we take a shower instead. Lest romantic.

- comfortable bed in a reasonably sized room
- breakfast quality was best we had throughout 2 weeks in Peru
Cons
- we were told king size bedrooms were only available in level 1 (basement) and it was quite loud with various background and hallway noises
- the hotel polices are very inflexible. not understanding of unforeseen changes to travel plans. I don't think that's because of the staff but more so the management
- bathroom did...

"Excellent stay! We enjoyed 7 nights at this hotel. The superieur room was big & well equiped with an amazing balcony & view on Cusco. Staff very friendly & always ready to help, they can even pack you a lunch box if you request one for an early tour you got. Breakfast on site is not extensive but got the essential & fresh! It is located 4 min walk from the main square : Plaza De Armes and everything is close by, just gotta get your steps & adapt to high altitude. Highly recommend !!"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful for any needs. The “air conditioning “ was only a heater but in the winter that was fine. Summertime may be a different story.
