"No amenities worth mentioning. No clock. No phone. The room needed vacuuming. The curtains were falling down in several places. No guide for TV channels though they did bring me a paper list when they saw my review on another website. The staff was pleasant and kind during check-in."

"Hallways were extremely dirty, trash lying on the carpet. Sheets on the bed were stained as well as pillow cases. TV would freeze every few seconds. Water pressure in shower was extremely poor. On our last day I also saw a roach on the mirror. Would not recommend staying here."

"I made my reservation for Woodspring Suites months in advance, but 10 minutes before I got there (9PM), they cancelled my reservation to give to someone else when all the hotels in the area were full due to a convention, meaning I had to hunt for an extended period of time to find a replacement. Very much not happy about them not honoring my reservation. Also, I have to wonder about safety on the property, as all entrances to the lobby are locked 24/7."

"My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot. One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time. "My sons felt unsafe which is quite the statement for 2 adult veterans. They stated that the room was fine for the night but wouldn't want to stay longer than that. They left at 2am and continued their trip because of the noise just outside their door at the hotel. "

"We checked in and pulled around to the side entrance where we where instructed to go and the outside door would not open with our card so we had to walk around to the front to get to the room. Go up to the room and the hallway and room were under construction with no power in the room, go back to the desk and they assign us to another room. We go to this room and cannot get in the door. It will not unlock. Go back to the front desk and the lady says the lock battery may be dead and she had to...

"Breakfast was good. Potatoes weren’t hot but there was plenty of other food to eat. Frankie, Portia and Terrance were all super helpful. They were always busy cleaning or doing something. Kudos on such great workers. It’s definitely a hotel we’d stay at again. "

"We booked two rooms for one night before we few back home from Richmond airport (about 25min). This hotel wasn't that close to the airport. The rooms were very large (like a studio apartment) and had a refrigerator, stove, sink, and all the items needed in a kitchen.
