Very nice and certainly a clean hotel with comfortable rooms and amazing staff. Also had great dining options and the breakfast buffet was good value and had plenty of options. Walked around the area a little bit and felt safe.

The stay was very comfortable and even though we don't speak Spanish, the staff spoke English well enough to converse. Great food in the restaurant for a good price. It was super having shuttle service to and from airport for a small fee. Staff was super nice!

The hotel offers good value for the price, but be aware that the rooms are on the smaller side. I inquired about an upgrade, only to learn that all the rooms are the same size, which might be a challenge if you’re traveling with a family of four. The stand-in shower was a nice touch, although I wish the handheld showerhead had more settings. The on-site restaurant was underwhelming — the food lacked flavor, and the staff seemed a bit unenthusiastic when asked for extras. Interestingly, service improved noticeably after tipping, which left a better final impression. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both comfort and hospitality.

We stayed two nights at Ibis hotel Quito in December and left with a night bus to the coast. For the last breakfast we got a lunch package which we liked a lot. The hotel is modern and the stuff is friendly.

I had an amazing stay at IBIS Quito! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable, with a cozy bed and fast Wi-Fi, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options, and the on-site restaurant made dining convenient and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is excellent, close to key attractions and business areas. The IBIS is a great hotel, and centrally located. The check-in was great, and the front desk staff was very pleasant, except for one fellow. We asked for a second key card to get into our room and he looked like we had just asked him for a loan or something. He wasn’t as friendly as the other staff, who were super! Breakfasts were fantastic, loved the coffee machines! The serving staff was attentive and the hotel’s restaurant was open late, unusual for Ecuador. It seems most restaurants close up around 6:00pm. We liked it so much we cancelled our stay at another hotel and stayed exclusively there. Would stay there again.

The stay was OK. I felt enclosed since the rooms were small and dark colors didn't help. We had a few technical challenges, and the only thing that was a bit disappointing was that we were told we had to wait until the next day, and then when we asked for another room, they mentioned that they were at total capacity. After another call, the technical issue was fixed.
