"It didn't look like much from the outside, but our room was surprisingly clean. Unfortunately, it was VERY noisy with high amounts of traffic going right by the room. There were extremely bright lights right outside the door that made it look like daylight even at night. I have a really hard time sleeping with noise and light. The A/C had a very loud ROAR every time it turned on. However, the straw that broke the camel's back was the "continental" breakfast that was offered. The coffee machine offered dark brew all the way down to light brew. I chose the dark brew, and it was not even the color of a cup of mint tea. ALL of the choices were the same. When asked, the owner couldn't explain.....or fix......the problem. I have been in these types of hotels all lot lately, and it is highly common to see this type of cheap practices being used to cut costs to the bone. For a room that was almost $200 for ONE night, it is NOT OK that they cannot even provide a clean, fresh, enjoyable breakfast when advertised as such. We will not be staying at this type of hotel ever again."
