"I gave the staff a 4 star rating as the website says they can organise day trips to the Auschwitz-Birkenau memorial and the Wieliczka Salt Mine. On booking our accommodation nearly a year ago we emailed for assistance with these bookings and they said they could not do it!...even though the website says they can. On registering to the accommodation their brochures say they can do these bookings!!...yet they couldn't help us with nearly a year's notice! But in saying that we did enjoy staying at...
