This hotel was not good, but it was sufficient for the one night we just needed a place to sleep while we were in town. The whole place needs a good scrub down and a freshening up. Breakfast was ok, not great. The waffle iron didn’t seal properly, so the batter leaked out the sides.

Place was not a 3 star hotels. Wasn't clean, the sink in the room was propped up with 2 boards! The pool was broken. I had inquired 3 days prior and they assured me it would be fixed. The front desk person said she reserved 2 room right next to each other as we needed 2 rooms. When I arrived there were no such reservations and we ended up 6 rooms down. I tried to find another hotel but it was too late to find anything. Was disgusted

The pool wasn't working, that was the reason we booked. We cancelled The front of the building has cigarette butts every and people smoking at the entrance. It doesn't look like photo posted I drove by it the first time. Made it in the door the young man working at the desk was very nice. I won't book there again.

Overall, our stay was good for the price. The staff was so sweet! The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The location was excellent. The ONLY complaint we have is that in the 5 nights we stayed, our room never got serviced even though we put the please service sign on the door. We had to take our dirty towels down every day and exchange for fresh. We also had to place the trash outside the door in order for it to get emptied. I feel this is due to under staffing. There was usually only one or two people working at all times, and the hotel was completely booked. Too much work and not enough workers.

Our stay was disappointing due to several housekeeping and maintenance issues in the room. Upon arrival, the room had a strong odor. We noticed hair dye splattered on the bathroom walls & door, a fruit sticker stuck to the bathroom threshold, and a discarded black sock left on the desk chair that was not ours. The shower was missing a shampoo bottle dispenser, with only body wash and conditioner available. The room was also under-equipped for two guests, with only three pillows provided. In addition, the curtains were partially detached from the track and in need of repair. Breakfast was understocked fairly early in its run-time. A box of tissues in place of napkins and old pulp in the juice dispenser’s tray. It did not meet our simple expectations of a basic, easy stay while in town, especially for $200. Overall, the room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned or inspected prior to our arrival.

This hotel has noticeably declined since the transition from Marriott to Best Western management. Upon entering our room, pieces of a corner wall were falling off, reflecting the poor condition and lack of maintenance throughout the property. The staff appeared poorly trained, and there was a clear lack of communication and professionalism. No employees wore name badges, making it impossible to identify staff members. More concerning, there was no apparent verification of identification during check-in, raising questions about guest security and standard procedures. The check-out process was equally disappointing. No one was present at the front desk, and I waited approximately 15 minutes for a staff member to return and complete my check-out. Overall, the property's condition, lack of operational standards, and poor customer service fell well below expectations. Significant improvements in maintenance, staff training, and guest service are needed.
