"Staff was not friendly and they charge $20 for checking in an hour early. The room was not clean, corners were gross, flooring cracked or missing in places, toilets are so low you almost hit your knees to your face. Bed was overly soft you felt like you were sleeping on the medal frame. The air didn’t not work well. Smelled of pot. Overall an awful place to stay. "

"This is not even a 1 star hotel .I booked this hotel because it was close to our school .When we arrived it was filthy. The room was in very poor shape ,sink was falling apart, the heater didnt work ,bed was hard so many things .My employee tried to get another room but nothing was available so the hotel said .He stayed the night sleeping in his clothes to stay warm and not to touch the nasty bed spread. The next morning he told the front desk about the problems and asked again to move they said...

"It was dirty, the pool and hot tub were "under maintenance" (they just did not want to upkeep them), the beds were stained, the sheets were stained and wrinkled- the rooms smelled of smoke, the bathroom had drop ceilings (garunteed mold!!) the shower curtain rod was practically falling off of the wall, the drains smelled like something was rotting in them. There are burn marks on the carpet and all over the hotel room. There was a mysterious wet spot on the floor and the carpets themselves felt...

"Madison was absolutely wonderful. She helped us so much. Always so friendly and bubbly and willing to do whatever she could for us. We booked one night and ended up staying a few extra days. "
