"The only thing I might mention, is that the TV screen was hard to see. The picture was too dark and couldn't be lightened up. Otherwise, it was a great stay at a very nice establishment. I would recommend it to anyone. "

The ladies who run this obviously care about the attractiveness of the rooms and the comfort of their guests. The only downside is that the view from the comfortable chairs outside the rooms was the parking lot. "

"Great area near Lobster Festival. Very walkable to activities and shopping along the way. Loved the balcony room and could watch the parade on Saturday morning from it. Breakfast was great with wonderful selections and great coffee. Will stay there again when attending the festival."

"Beautifully decorated very comfortable room just a block from downtown with a good breakfast place (Villager) next door. We were on the 3rd floor but the check in clerk helped me schlep our bags up. Parked right out side the front door. Very good experience. "
