"Part of the pool was closed. I didn’t expect to be treated the way I was. I’ve been to this resort many times over my life and this was the first time booking through Expedia. I felt like a second class customer. I’ll book differently next time "

"Clean but very small room,right on highway,noisy ,parking right outside door which was great being on main level,breakfast was at a restaurant and enjoyed,staff was pleasant and helpful!"

"The property looked like it was under construction with building materials all over. That being said our room was nice because it seemed to be newly renovated. We got to the hotel 40 minutes early and we had to wait for someone to show up to check us in. When they showed up the check inn went fast."

"Staff were very friendly and willing to please. Breakfast was good but coffee ran out and no more was available. Basically no where to hang clothes in room. Overall a pleasant accomodation. "

"Our room was small but well appointed and very clean! Loved our outdoor bistro set, and the upstairs common area/breakfast room. Appreciated the outdoor barbecues too. Quiet neighborhood. Many rooms being renovated, so excellent is about to go to stupendous!!!"

"Older style rooms however it was clean and the bed was very comfortable! Balcony was not maintained however I understand because the snow was melting. Bed sheets/blankets/towels smelled fresh and clean which is a top priority for my stay. Hot water for showering was poor during the evening. It was best to shower early morning or late at night for comfortable showering temperature. Over all great stay!"
