"I stayed on a 16 hour layover in Denver, as someone who doesn't travel frequently - I called from the airport and was given incredibly helpful directions on where to wait for the shuttle, and even as someone who had never been to the Denver airport I was able to follow them and meet the shuttle. The front desk staff gave me all the info I needed about what time I should take the shuttle in the morning and answered all my questions.

"The agent who checked us in was rude and not helpful! Told me to move away from the counter when I was trying to get the parking app loaded. Expedia said parking was included! Then the room was hot and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work. Pretty miserable heat to sleep in! Then, breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6:30 but when we went down at 7:00, there was no food out! Breakfast was supposed to be included but we had to pay for another one at the airport! "The room was very clean and extremely large. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was very clean and a good fabric. The bathroom was spacious and had all the basic amenities we wanted. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. The staff was very helpful at the front desk. Our only complaint was the pool was cold, but made for a good cold plunge.

"I paid for a Mountain View which was kind of nice but the windows were insanely dirty, so it was almost pointless. The ac was really dated and the hotel generally seemed like it could use some work.
I loved the guy who checked me in, it was cool they had a few restaurants and a place to pick up decent snacks, and I did get a good nights sleep."
