"Jaipur is a wonderful place to visit. We love Ariya Niwas but the surrounding area is not very interesting. The hotel is beautiful as a traditional building. This particular time, the staff did not seem as helpful or kind as in the past. Perhaps it was just a bad day. We'll still come back. "

"A great hotel with complimentary airport transfers included with our room booking. The staff are good but some of the junior staff appear to be lacking in confidence. I’m told this is a new hotel so I expect this will improve over the next few months."
