"The service and hospitality at this hotel was excellent.
The buffet was the best we had.
It was not like a buffet with the food being constantly being replaced .
The chocolate pudding was delicious "
"The staff is very attentive.
Front desk very efficient.
There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently.
The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas.
I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price.
The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean.
The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother...

Upon complaining they tell me i selected maintainance room and i knew about it. Which guest in the world chose maintainance room over a proper guest room. 1. *Room Cleanliness*: The floor was visibly dirty, with dust and dirt marks throughout the room.
2. *Wall Condition*: The walls showed signs of dampness, and the wallpaper near the bed was covered with mold. I have serious skin sensitivities, and the mold exposure caused me headaches and cold symptoms.
3. *Bedding*: The bedsheet had visible blood...
