Was able to reach out directly to the duty manager, concierge service, reservation manager (Husna Ismath gave good recommendations, was very attentive to details, and made the travel arrangements with perfection !), and other staff. The reservation was done from overseas for a family member in India. Took great care of the family member who stayed at the hotel by herself. She felt very safe and secure."
