The hotel is perfectly located, a short walk from the crater. The staff are very friendly and helpful; both at the reception and at breakfast, Breakfast was delivered to my table by the chef each morning; the omelettes were excellent, but, there wasn't a great choice otherwise, for breakfast. The room was very good, a nice sitting area; a kitchen and a large, comfortable bed. The hotel was both close to the crater and to local buses, if you want to travel anywhere locally. Overall, a very...

The hotel is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. I initially saw the hotel from the outside and thought "it is not that fancy" but then we got in and we were suprised and instantly in love with the hotel. The room is super clean, even for fancy hotel's standards, the food is super good on Friday night - Kidosh, and the breakfast is good as well. The staff were super supportive and friendly, sadly it felt that they are kind of understaffed but it may be just my feeling. Overall, 10/10 would recommend my friends and...
