"Hébergement plutôt bien situé, entretenu pas loin de l'hypercentre avec bouche de métro et tram à moins 5min de marche, Hébergement propre, grand lit confortable, chambre équipée mais certains équipement un peu limité exemple une seule prise secteur pour une chambre de 24m2 Petit déjeuner pas trop varié très peu de crudités de salés, j'ai trouvé les mêmes choses 3 jours d'affilés, aliments pas trop frais car j'ai eu une indigestion 2 fois de suite"

"Pessimo servizio e molta disorganizzazione Ho soggiornato la scorsa settimana e l'esperienza è stata purtroppo pessima, dato lo scarso igiene della stanza e una gestione del cliente a dir poco approssimativa. I problemi sono iniziati subito dopo il check-in, in cui appena entrati in camera abbiamo trovato un lungo capello sulla tavoletta del WC e l'impronta di una scarpa su uno dei cuscini del letto. "The room was excellent and the bed was probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! The buffet breakfast was reasonably good and the gym was fairly well equipped. The location was a little out from the centre but good for the Châtelain market and closer to the lovely park. Staff could perhaps be more engaging / helpful for this level of property.
