"Room looked like it had some work done to it recently but wasn't cleaned after that work. The floor, counters, and table were all dirty to the point that I kept my socks on, and they got very dirty as well. Asked for room service at the front desk. They took a note and said it would get done, it never did. The T.V. didn't work, staff shrugged it off and blamed the provider. The door didn't seal, you could see out under it, and the additional lock on the door that usually allows you to slightly open it was missing half the mechanism. Breakfast, if you were early enough, was bagels and coffee, nothing else. "

"This hotel was so unexpectedly nice! Our "room" was practically the size of a studio apartment, given that it is a Residence Inn, we didn't expect it to have an actual living, kitchen, and dining space on top of the bedroom. The complimentary breakfast is always a plus. Would totally stay here again. "

"I was displeased with my room. I found weed on the floor and I had my 2 year old with me, imagined if he ate it. Then the top drawer didn’t stay closed and my son did bump into it. I called at the front desk and asked them to fix it at first. They were trying to fill the next day but I told him no they had to come now so they stuck paper towel in there. The pool was indoor and the water was very cold. My son was only able to swim about 15 minutes before he started shaking. I won’t be returning here"
