"依頼した内容も反映されていなくて、1日目は同室の人は私以外男性3人でした。その日マンハッタンの知人のところに泊まることになり使わなかったから良かったものの。そして2日目。私のベッドに荷物を置いていたにも関わらず違う人が寝ていました。これは最初から思っていたのですが、部屋のベッドの箇所に1～4まで数字が書いてあるけどみんな自分が何番かは聞いているものの、ベッドの位置を把握していないのではないかと。スタッフでさえ、番号とベッドの位置を把握していなかったのですから。きちんと受付をした際に窓際の上の階のベッドです。など案内した方がいいです。空いてるところに寝るみたいにしているからぐちゃぐちゃになっています。 対応はいいけどすごくもったいないと思いました。"

"What a cool funky place! I’ve stayed here twice now, since it’s convenient to the train station and easy to get around. And affordable! (for New York.) They have a lovely back patio where we enjoyed breakfast and dinner (from the Farmers Deli across the street). The staff is friendly and helpful. Pictures are of the “penthouse suite” (my nickname for it) a nice spacious suite with a microwave and fridge on the 5th floor."
