"We were travelling as a four. Two children. When we are arrived we were told that there was no double rooms and that they only had single rooms available. Basically told to like it or cancel the reservation. They said Expedia had overbooked. Check-in staff were rude and unhelpful. Had to complain to the manager to get any type of resolution of the issue. "
