Cute little property. Cabin was clean and spacious! It was a great place to stop and stay for the night. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Great place for solo travellers and very spacious! I found the door lock a bit confusing cause it’s instinct to turn a knob once inside to lock the door but on this door it automatically locks behind you!

Great little affordable stay! Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t open when we stayed, but otherwise, felt like we got what we paid for. Great for a night’s stay before we went to Mt. Rainier.

Very good stay! Make sure you keep your phone on you or remember the code when you leave the room. I locked myself out but thankfully the owner was quick to answer. The amenities could definitely use an upgrade, but they do their job especially for a decently priced stay! Would recommend.

This isn't a high luxury resort, or even a chain hotel, but if you're looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable stay it is exactly what you need. The owners have clearly taken great pride in restoring this motel and it shows. Our room had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and satellite TV along with comfortable and clean beds and a stocked bathroom. The rooms were quiet and we were very pleased! We will absolutely be staying here again for our trips to Packwood for autocross.

Old motel was revitalized for today’s travelers on a budget. It’s on a busy road so we did have road noise, but it had all the essentials of a cabin-style stay. We walked next door to the speakeasy Irish pub for dinner and a drink and an awesome piece of chocolate cake before calling it a day. Friendly owners run the whole property.

Irish Dream Motel was very unique and not your usual motel. It is an older motel but renovated and very clean. Each room is different and our room had a double and a single bed, both very comfortable. It had everything you would need, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. There is no staff, you will get an access code to enter your room prior to your visit. The owners also own the restaurant next door, Celtic Spirits Speakeasy. You can eat in the front or go into the Speakeasy in the back. It is an experience and the food is Irish food and was very good. We really enjoyed our time there and would stay there again.

The location is convenient for visiting Mt. St. Helens backcountry. No comment on the staff, because there was zero interaction with any human. The reservation stated that all communication would be by automated text message, which concerned me because I would be out of phone range for most of my trip. Expedia's confirmation email included a phone number to contact the property, but that number led to a generic automated message with no identifying information and "mailbox is full." But the system did work; I got the text with entry code once I came within communication range shortly before arrival, and the room was good enough for my needs. Slightly humorous that the welcome message said I could get a discount at the Speakeasy next door, except that the Speakeasy was closed during my stay.

Mary, the owner/manager, was very helpful with answering my many questions. She was quick in communicating and allowed me to keep a vehicle on the property for a couple extra days as I was out and about on a bike trip. Irish Dreams is clean and quaint and I'd happily stay there again.

When we arrived I couldn't find the front desk to check in, a gentleman next door at the restaurant. He got us the code to get in our room. Not the hotels fault but Hotels.com slip up, they never sent me the code. All amenities were great and highly adequate. Great place to stay to enjoy the local area.

Only one thing was I did not know how to get or use Wi-Fi/Internet. I guess I could have called but did not want to bother staff because I was checking in on the late side. Parking was great. right in front of my room. Clean room, comfortable bed too.
