"The hotel and staff were great!"

"Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Schlafcouch noch nicht vorbereitet, doch obwohl an diesem Abend viel los war, wurde sich sofort und völlig unkompliziert darum gekümmert – ein toller Service! "We were given a larger room than the one we had booked. The room had a stunning view of the ocean. It was very comfortable and clean in every way. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Nice hotel which is reasonably close to the airport. Shuttle service (one way) from the hotel to the airport is a bonus. Too bad there's no shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Not sure why. Dinner at the restaurant was good, and is the only dining option available. We didn't see any restaurants within walking distance. Our only complaint is that our room was very warm even with the window opened and the thermostat turned OFF. We couldn't understand why, since this is a first floor room....

"A lovely place to stay with just enough that you need right around it. We were able to do our laundry at the laundromat in the same parking lot (seemingly the only laundromat in southern Iceland) and were recommended by the desk staff to get some delicious pizza at the gas station restaurant across the street. The room was nice and affordable for Iceland, and the complementary buffet breakfast was amazing. The staff was so nice and helpful as well. "
