The property and service was good. All the staff were very polite and helpful.The only downside was that the Car parking facility is not attached to the main building.

A quite resort away from any town . We found it quite nice. They should trim the trees in front of balconies so that one can get better view. Right now most of the view is blocked by overgrown trees.

We stayed here as it was close to my friends wedding that we attended. We were happy to stay here for two night. It was comfortable for the duration of the stay. The staff were so lovely, and could t do enough for you. They brought a coffee and a chai up to our room. We would go back if we needed somewhere for a short duration in that town again.

Hotel rooms are good and centrally located, Restaurant food was excellent.

The property was over all good and clean ambience with excellent food and service.... perfect for a family time

Very poor quality

This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. The only downside is the road leading to the hotel - it is dire. This needs urgent attention. I will not hesitate to go back to this excellent...

Beautiful place, both the host and the staff were very kind and helpful

One night stay to experience the Periyar reserve close by. Our room was enormous and located near the very back of the property. Sadly building works are directly next to the property so we heard angle grinding. Mgr tried to stop them but only the rain did. Staff amazing. Food delicious. Great cocktails and beers. Breakfast sumptuous! Many many options to choose. Lovely hotel with nature every where. Peaceful (mostly) oasis. We did the Nature walk. Some confusion over timings etc meant we were...

This was a great stay - everything is top notch - lovely room, great food, friendly staff, good service etc. The grounds around the hotel are especially nice. The pool - and views from it - are especially impressive!

We stayed two night in this hotel and were greeted by a very friendly and professional staff. They gave us a very personal experience, took us out trekking. I would recommend this to anyone that want's a great experience with excellent food and very nice venue. Very clean and well maintained hotel.

Location is very central. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff will go above and beyond to help. My dad had dietary requirements and the chef Tom made him his own meal.
