"during a downpour signage was not adequate, and the front desk put me on hold for 15 min and then hung up, then dropped (?) 3 calls, When the did answer the person was new and gave the wrong directions, but we made it finally."

"It is family friendly, the pools and arcade is super fun!. Stuff is nice and friendly. The room was clean l did not really like the carpet was dirty...if you walk barefoot you feet could be dark. Not sure if it was because the carpet is dark blue or what. Other than that everything seem great! My family had a great time"

"Of two elevators, one was out of order the night we arrived. The next morning, the second elevator was out of order which required us to remove our belongings via the stairs. This was especially difficult for my husband, who was recovering from knee surgery. Otherwise, we would recommend."
