"Absolutely top notch. Even before we arrived Mary the concierge was in contact to offer additional assistance. Room ready on arrival, with some nice extra touches. All the staff so friendly and helpful. The food and service in the Lexington restaurant was amazing. Great pool areas which would suit either couples or families. Can’t wait to go back again soon! "Booked the room for my husband and 2 kids for the RAK half marathon. The room was a decent size and location was good for the race. I booked a one bedroom suite. I asked at check in if the couch in the room pulled out into a bed and was told yes. This was not true. Ok. so asked for an extra bed and for extra linen for the couch. I didn't mind paying for the extra bed but the F.D staff tried to tell me that my two children could just sleep together in the single extra bed and didn't want to give...
