Nightmare trying to sort out any admin with them. Can't provide invoice, only hotel I have stayed at in last 3 years that can't. Don't use for business travel until they can sort it out.

Cotswolds Hotel & Spa
Poor signage to hotel parking area, dirty stained carpet in bedroom shower so hot much difficulty reducing the temperature Wedding party at the venue so disturbed frequently through the night by other guests No soundproofing and lots of banging doors

Macdonald Alveston Manor Hotel & Spa
The main hotel is characterful and pleasant. I found my room in one of the newer blocks to be noisy, more so when a table tennis table was erected under my window. The property definitely has the WOW factor in terms of location and access to the Silverstone facilities. George Apartments
Gorgeous little apartment in great central location with parking. Instructions for the cooker would have been useful .. took ages to work that out.

Marvel Apartments
Apartment 5 was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and spacious; we enjoyed our stay. We only wish that the windows would open more easily and STAY open (the force of gravity kept pulling the living room window shut).
