"Clean room and hotel. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast. make sure you get a confirmation of your key placement if you are arriving after business hours. I don’t think Expedia did a good job communicating or something. Twice I wrote via Expedia that I was getting there after hours and still didn’t get the keys placed where it was supposed to be."

"Although we stayed for just one night, and did it have time to enjoy any of the amenities on site, it was a clean room, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful with our questions, the hotel is in a great location and we got to also enjoy the Hullu Poro Bistro. Breakfast on our way out was delicious…so many options!"

"The lodge was sparkling clean and of the highest standard. It had everything you needed including dishwasher, cooking amenities, sauna and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and heating perfect. Checking in was easy with a door code and easy to follow home rules were made clear. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. All of the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. We were a little worried about staying further out from the main “downtown” and the Ubers do add up but honestly it was a wash with what we saved on breakfast and dinner being included. Plus the grounds were so enjoyable and peaceful with multiple things to do. There is a free shuttle bus that we utilized once, the timing of the schedule didn’t really help us out all that much. The rooms were small but clean....

"I loved this place so much. The room was incredible and the staff was amazing. I was a solo traveler and stayed here for one night. The drive from Levi center was good, it was dark but it was nice and felt safe driving through the snowy roads. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. I highly recommend this place."

"We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was massively spacious and was fully equipped with everything you could ever need including a clothes drying cupboard, sauna, washing machine and 2 balconies. It was super clean, very warm and even had a fire place! We didn’t have a car and relied on the ski buses (3 Euro for the day if added on to the ski pass or 4 Euro without) which were every half an hour until 7pm. We got an Uber back from Zero Point in Levi a couple of times and it was around...

"What was great: Pyramid accomodation- plenty of space, beautiful, clean, great viewing Sauna / river plunge (was nice to be able to reverse this although for paying $850 per night this should have been included and not $23 pp) Staff- Particularly Magic Elf and Strawberry Snowflake elf were great!
