"The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room was clean & well designed. The only negative was the shower did not have a door so water got on the floor. Breakfast & wifi was good."

"The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for H.OTEL & hit the redbutton for driver to stop. It's a short walk from there. And if you're cruising, eat an early breakfast and have them get a taxi right then. Beats the rush. Safe travels"

"Ok, let's make this easy.... This hotel is simply fantastic. From the moment you arrive in reception to check out, you aren't just a guest who's paying, you are a welcomed friend. Some of the cleanest rooms I've seen and a really awesome bathroom. I'm sure the beds won't suit everyone but for me it was terrific. The staff do make you feel that you don't want to leave. Breakfast was more than adequate with choices for all tastes. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in staying there again."

"This room met our needs and with the reasonable price we would stay there again. The only disappointment was they put us in a disability room and as a result we did not like the low sink, the mirror was too low, and the shower was not a stall but part of the full bathroom floor, where much of the room got wet. Very good room for the right customer. Since it was a one night stay, we did not make a fuss. The breakfast buffet was above average with variety."

"Definitely good for families and such, only little minor issue is that the cottages can be a little bigger if your traveling with the whole family of 5 or so… otherwise everything was good"
