"The staff was very helpful & the room was clean and equipped well! A/C worked! The breakfast was nice! They have a small elevator but still needed to maneuver a handful of stairs with luggage. As the name says the hotel is very centrally located in the city square area with bars and restaurants right there. The hotel over all is quiet."

"We had a wonderful stay here in Ravenna! A family run business in a fantastic location - walkable to the bus station, city centre, train station, restaurants etc. Staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. Property was incredibly clean and spacious, breakfast included. Check in was very easy and the room was ready for us, no problems. The property also has a common space for a kitchen. One of my favourite places I’ve stayed in Italy to date and would recommend!"

"The lady that checked this in and appeared to be the manager of this hotel, Hilaria, was extremely helpful in so many ways. She gave us several tips about the town, what to see, where to eat, and most importantly she arrange for a private transfer to our cruise ship. The breakfast was exceptional, and reasonably priced.
