Very dated decor in the rooms, bathroom particularly bad with very grubby tiles and shower and a general smell of urine around the toilet. Floors were also lino tile and my feet were black after walking barefoot. Beds were ok however i booked a room that showed a double bed and bunk bed but was given a room with a double bed and 2 single beds either side. There was literally NO floor space and we had to move the bed to open the toilet door. Not useful staying with young kids. Air con was poor first night and room was 26 degrees, we realised we had to pay for it at the front desk, did this and by the third day when we we were leaving despite having the blackout blinds shut and aircon on constantly, the room was 25.5. No idea what I paid 15 euros for. Checking in we had to handover our passports and would be allowed them back in the morning. Went down in the morning to find the passports in the weird rotating key stand right on the front desk that anyone has access to. The stairs in the hotel are dangerous too with carpeted stairs in a continuous pattern and no highlighted, gripped or rubber edges on them. An accident waiting to happen. Parking was ok we managed to find a space everytime we came and left but it was tight. We stayed here to visit Mirabilandia only, not the beach. Location was right on the beach so great if thats what you are there for. Breakfast was ok. Rooms have sea view but we were further back so our main view was of a construction site.

Wir hatten super schöne zwei Wochen zusammen mit Freunden verbracht. Das einzige was wir bemängeln sind die Zimmer. Die Möbel sind in die Jahre gekommen. Aber sonst alles super toll. Es ist ein Familienbetrieb und alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Bra hotell med perfekt beliggenhet!

Vi fikk et greit familierom på toppen av hotellet med en dobbelseng og en køyeseng. Stor veranda med utsikt mot stranda. Heisen gikk ikke opp til 6. etg så vi måtte gå en etg opp. Frokosten var variert og innholdsrik etter Italiensk standard. Pluss for fint basseng med bassengbar, beliggenhet rett ved stranden, noen få steg fra handle/restaurantgate og gratis parkering. Høflig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Fantastisk mat på strandrestauranten rett nedenfor hotellet.

Struttura vecchia. Arredamento fatiscente e camera molto maleodorante. Frigobar in stanza scollegato è vuoto. Aria condizionata a pagamento 5€ al giorno che viene attivata dalla reception solo su richiesta. Abbiamo fatto il check-in dì mercoledì alle ore 16 e check out alle 9:00 di domenica e ci sono stati addebitate 25€ di aria condizionata anche se il consumo effettivo è stato di 4 giorni! Personalmente mai vista una cosa del genere. Colazione scarsa e di bassa qualità. Buona la convenzione con la spiaggia ma prima e ultima volta in questo hotel!

La struttura è un pó datata e sopratutto l'arredo delle camere, avrebbe bisogno di una svecchiata e sistemata (l'aria condizionata in camera ad esempio funzionava poco). Mi è piaciuta la vista dalle camere e la loro metratura, la cordialità del personale e la posizione dell'hotel che si affaccia sul mare e la pulizia della struttura in generale. Putroppo non mi piaciuta la colazione (il cappuccino della macchinetta era davvero imbevibile e le brioche non erano eccezionali), l'arredo delle camere e dell'hotel in generale. Il tratto di mare di fronte all'hotel, quanto meno nei due giorni della mia visita, era una sorta di palude. Il prezzo trovato su Expedia è stato decisamente concorrenziale anche se il sito, immagino per problemi tecnici, non mi ha mandato alcuna risposta di avvenuta prenotazione facendomi perdere un pó di tempo in inutili chiamate. Buona disponibilità di parcheggio
