"Wonderful hotel which really suited us. We wanted easy access, great parking, apartment facilities, access to Ravenna's sites and the local area and it exceeded in all of these. The staff were so very helpful directing us to local stuff - buses, free bikes, shops etc. ok, it was a reasonable walk into the centre of town but we did it most days and it was no problem - you could always drive, take the bus or cycle. Our week was too short with so many things to see in the area. We would go back. "

"We had 3 rooms and all beds were very hard! Jet lagged saved us as exhausted so didn’t matter. You have to climb into huge tub/shower so if your older and a new hip a bit of a struggle. Elevator great! Breakfast room very outdated but ladies are nice."

"Location was its best feature (across the street from the train station). You have to call beforehand to make an appointment to check-in since there is no front desk. Service was very chaotic (they misunderstood how many people were staying in the room, they didn't know we had already paid for the room, they gave us the key to the wrong room's safe, etc.) but they made up for it by being friendly and cheerful unlike many other hotels in northern Italy where the staff can be frosty and awkward....

"The hotel is in close proximity to the train station. Our room was small but comfortable, It's relatively new and clean, the bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet.. The common areas are well lit and tidy. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with a lot of choices. The front desk staff were quite helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. They did their best to tell us our way around Ravenna and helped us arrange for our transportation to the cruise port. I highly recommend the...

"The shower is litarlly next to the toilet without any shower curtains. Also the rooms has no airconditioning, which can be bad in hot summernight. Otherwise the room was fine!"

"The hotel was new and clean. There was ample parking. The immediate area is scarce of anything except pizzerias. The staff here were excellent and very understanding of my language barrier. Excellent vineyard "Paradiso" short distance away."

"CLOSE TO CRUISE PORT: RAVENNA I don't think a lot of people realize how close this is to Ravenna ship port. We walked it. It didn't take long at all. The cabs in this area are ridiculus in price $30 to $80 to go to cruise port for a 5 to 15 minute drive. When you walk from this hotel it will cost you a $1 per peson to ride the ferry across and then embark on your cruise! The hotel isn't fancy. The buffet breakfast included was nice.
