"Breakfast was good, room was cleaned, AC was not properly cooled the room, location of the hotel is in a proper place"

"Everything was clean easy parking a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Only complaint is the shower/tub was very slippery. "

Morning breakfast was substantial, pool was great, room was comfortable with temperature controls and blackout curtains for those early sunrises! Parking is the only negative however we never had an issue if we had to park on the street. We would definitely stay again."

"The lady at the front desk during the day was very cheerful and friendly, however I pointed out to her two different days that the elevator needed to be vacuumed. The elevator had paper and food crumbs. The same paper and food crumbs all 4 days. She said she would have housekeeping take care of it yet every time I went up both elevators they same debris was still there. The vacuuming of the rooms was not much better. Also on more than one occasion I saw bugs in the lobby. The breakfast...

"We enjoyed our stay, very convenient location. The breakfast was nice to have. A couple small things to help out, hand towel rack would have been very nice and the broken electric plate cover replaced behind the night stand. We would definitely stay there again."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kid pool was under maintenance so our granddaughter wasn't able to use that, but the big slide was cool. Breakfast was good and you have options. The only thing that wasn't that great was there was some maintenance with plumbing and walls, the pillows were flat and hard to use. Overall I would stay there again."

Loved the nooks around the property to sit and chat, the quiet location, the fresh fruit and hardboiled eggs at breakfast and the lovely dining area! "It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable but there wasn’t any air conditioning in the room. It did have functional windows and a nice box fan so I was able to keep cool. It isn’t fancy but it is in a cozy wooded area and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It was a great value for the price and I will definitely stay there again."

"This property is in a great location. Easy access to freeway that takes you to Rocky Mountain National park, scenic, drive in an hour. 10 minutes to Pearl St, 5 minutes to a Whole Foods. Small hotel. Nice!"

"The amenities were amazing for our family with two small kids. Games and pool and hot tub and play sets and other options. They also had bikes to check out to ride around town and other useful items like coolers and movies and what not to check out in the office."

"The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I loved the room I stayed in with the 4 poster bed and red refrigerator! It would’ve been great for an extended stay with many shelves, closet and dresser. I will go back!"
