"If you’re looking for an unforgettable first impression—for all the wrong reasons—this is the place. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk confidently insisted that I had stayed at the hotel the previous week. This was completely false, as it was my first time there. Despite calmly clarifying this, he continued in a rather intimidating tone, repeating that I had been there and even stating he would “verify it” using my ID. Only after checking did he realize his mistake and offer an apology. While I appreciate the apology, the situation should have never escalated in that way. Accusing a guest and speaking in a threatening manner is simply unacceptable. This experience clearly reflects a lack of proper customer service training and attention to detail. A hotel stay should begin with a welcoming and professional interaction—not confrontation. I hope management takes this seriously and invests in better staff training, because no guest should be treated this way."

"We rented two rooms. Very nice property. Convenient location. However, the shower in one of the rooms did not work and the other room had no towels. Staff was friendly but did not resolve the issues nor offered any assistance other than "we will report the issue." We ended up having to use the one shower that did work and obtained towels from the gym/pool area."

"Parking lot is not big enough to pull in with a trailer hooked up to your truck. Other than that, everything was smooth."
