Enjoyed my stay in Banya! No info was provided at check-in. However, it is a small hotel so it was easy to navigate and find out for oneself where the facilities were. Friendly staff and nice hotel. Shower a bit dangerous with being so small, every time you turn you hit the shower handle and could scold yourself.
