"The bathroom is dirty my toilet seat was dirty and top of the toilet seat had tons of fingers. They did not clean the bathroom well at all and it was dusty. "

"A very pleasant stay. Friendly and accommodating staff and we loved our room. Stay there twice a year and would not think of staying at anywhere else."

"The floors were dirty, the halls smelled of smoke, the common areas were covered in cigarette butts. "

"The room itself was clean. The hallways smelled like either cigarette smoke or weed. They took a $50 deposit if anything was wrong with the room but we did not receive ours back and there was literally nothing wrong with our room when we left."

"I like that I could walk over to the KOP mall during my stay! The only issue I had was a noisy refrigerator! Everything else was great!"

"Original room we had booked became unavailable due to an issue at the hotel. We were upgraded for free to a suite. The suite was clean. Great breakfast options such as waffles, eggs, Canadian bacon, toast with jelly, whole oranges, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juices, milk, etc. I only had two issues with the suite. First, you had to put one of the key card in the slot by the door to operate the lights in the suite. That can be a possible safety issue if someone tries to follow you for force their way into the room, they can easily snatch your key card. Luckily that did not happen to me and my cousin. Second, the shower head was on the same side as the sliding door to open into the shower. This cause some water to get onto the floor while opening the shower door. Had to use the extra towels to soak up the water. I also was hoping that the pool was open during the weekend mornings as posted on the signs by the pool area. Pool was unexpectedly closed in the mornings for deep cleaning due to heavy use by guests the previous nights."

"Casino allows smoking so hotel reeks of smoke, housekeeping had to be requested but then doesn’t always come or dumps towels inside door. Construction noise without warning from 645am drilling and hammering as they are turning some bedrooms into offices. Food in restaurants terrible and all steaks dropped on floor and waited 2 hours for food. Air con noisy and not services. Ice machine broken on my floor. Seriously avoid at all Costs. There are no redeeming features at all. It’s tired, and sad and the manager non responsive."
