"Nothing special, the included breakfast is decent enough. There is no iron, not even to borrow they make you go through an external iron/laundry service for a fee, and make sure your TV works with all 10 remote controls they give you 🙄. You also don't need an alarm, you will be woken up by the cleaning staff at 7am with their loud 2-way radios on full blast."

"there seemed to be a general sense of apathy and neglect when we checked in. we has to ask for toilet papaer. the laundry facilities were unavaible for guest use and we were not given any towels either. the resident cat had free reign over all surfaces in kitchen and beyond.
