Hotel familiar com atendimento impecável, recreação infantil de excelente qualidade, quartos limpos, bem cuidados e confortáveis. As áreas de lazer são maravilhosas. Uma pena que a praia em frente ao hotel não seja propícia ao banho por conta das ondas fortes e perigosas.

O café da manhã era excelente, assim como o almoço e o jantar. O quarto tinha vista para o mar, mas o ponto principal é o quadro de colaboradores. Todos são muito atenciosos e sorridentes, em especial o Alan, Anthony, Clebson, João Vitor, Ivanildo, Joalisson, Viviane, Letycia e João. É importante registrar que nosso ar condicionado não estava funcionamento corretamente, mas resolveram prontamente e trocaram o aparelho. Estão de parabéns. Essa foi a nossa segunda estadia no Hotel Village, e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

O hotel tem uma localização ótima, o almoço e o jantar são bons, mas não curti o café da manhã. O acesso aos quartos também não é bom. O hotel não conta com elevador sendo ruim subir 2 andares de escada para ficar no 3º andar. Os sabonetes e toalhas não são bons e a cama não é confortável. A academia embora seja pequena é boa. A estrutura da praia também. A parte de lazer realmente é muito boa o ponto negativo ficou para o conforto e comodidades.

We arrived at the Village from Argentina and it was the best decision possible. The hotel in general is amazing: comfortable, luxurious without losing the tropical touch, quiet, and with an unbeatable view. What we loved the most was the exquisite food. The highlight of our day was to sit in one of the tables in front of the pool and have a taste of the delicious brazilian cuisine. The waiters were attentive and always welcomed you with a smile. The beach right in front of the hotel was incredible. Big waves and warm water was the perfect combination for us. If you don't like waves, take into account that you might have to travel to the town's beach or Pontal do Cupe for a calmer experience. However, don't let that make you stay in another hotel, since Uber is accesible and you can reach any nearby beach in minutes. The only thing I would have to complain about is the room state, since there were little ants the first day we got there, and the cleaning crew didn't take care of it even after we flagged this issue. The Village hotel is what made us want to come back to Porto de Galinhas, and we will next year, without a doubt. Lovely experience, incredible place, amazing people! Loved Village!

O café da manhã era muito top. A tapioca e os omeletes feitos na hora foram o ponto alto. Poderiam melhorar um pouco a limpeza dos quartos. A impressão é que embaixo das camas não limpavam. A gentileza e a boa vontade dos funcionários, destacando o Glauco e o Vítor, ocorreu em todos os momentos que precisamos.

O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções, mas o que mais nos deixou insatisfeitos foi o mau cheiro do banheiro do nosso quarto, não tinha ventilação nenhuma nem exaustor, além de estar com cheiro de xixi quando chegamos, como se na tivesse sido limpo adequadamente.

O hotel é bonito, paisagismo, piscinas, praia boa. Tem shows todas as noites, comida excelente, equipe prestativa e educada. Os quartos sào antigos, banheiro desgastado, ar condicionado imprestável e barulhento, juntando todos daria uma orquestra. Está na hora de trocar tudo. Praia boa e bem localizada. Uma situação desagradável foi um drink Margarita que pedi na noite de 19 de dezembro no bar na piscina. O atendente não adicionou limão e não agitou a coqueteleira com gelo. Serviu me um purgante, um desastre. Precisam dar curso de bar man para os funcionários.

Gostei muito de passar alguns dias no Village Porto de Galinhas! O hotel é muito bem estruturado (embora os quartos poderiam ser modernizados), com uma bela área externa e café da manhã maravilhoso! Há também uma série de atrativos para quem está com crianças. Gostei bastante também da equipe de animadores e de participar do Wine Experience.

Terceiro ano seguido e a excelência continua no Hotel Village. A estrutura do hotel dispensa comentários, quartos, banheiros, restaurantes e recepção sempre muito limpos, aconchegantes, várias piscinas para dar aquela refrescada e muitas barracas com acesso pé na areia para curtir o belíssimo mar da Praia do Cupe. Os restaurantes contam com excelentes opções desde frutos do mar até carnes e frangos e excelente sobremesas, com possibilidade de pedir no restaurante ao lado da recepção ou se não quiser interromper o bronzeado, pedir direto das mesas ao redor da piscina ou na praia. Destaque também para o restaurante Pindorama que funciona a noite com excelentes pratos criativos e com muito sabor. O time de recreação para o público infantil sempre tem atividades para distrair a criançada! Além disso, o hotel conta com uma equipe extremamente qualificada, competente, além da simpatia característica do povo nordestino, no qual em nome de todos posso agradecer e destacar os grandes Ivanildo (gerente), Arthur, Kleberson e Rayssa (garçons) e mantendo sempre nosso quarto impecável a grande camareira Nai. E pra manter a energia e a diversão os hóspedes podem sempre contar com shows ao vivo seja na área da piscina ou na boate do hotel. E claro, não menos importante, a alegria e a vibe dos adultos e do hotel que mantém o nome do Village no destaque da região não seria igual se não tivessem eles, os mitos, as lendas, Vitor Joelho de Diamante e Chocolate Rei da Batera. A estrutura do hotel é excelente, o café da manhã é ótimo e os funcionários são gentis. Destaque para a Carla, que nos atendeu várias vezes, sempre com muita gentileza, educação e simpatia. Os restaurantes preparam as comidas e bebidas muito rapidamente, verdadeiros fast foods rsrsrs Ter música ao vivo todas as noites foi incrível! Sentimos falta de um chuveirinho no banheiro, pra ajudar no banho da criança pequena. Recomendamos o Village!
