The property was nicely appointed with everything you might need. Checking in was simple and didn't require interaction with anyone, which was good as we arrived late. The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was very enjoyable. Excellent.

New hotel in a Lovely area of town. Approx 7 min walk to bus/train terminal. The hotel was spotless, the staff were eager to please and the breakfast was delicious. The only minor issues were: the bedside tables are almost too small- the side which has telephone is pretty impractical for person sleeping on that side of the bed to use it for anything else. Only other minor issue was no conditioner in shower/ bathroom. Neither of these would put me off staying again, it was an excellent stay!

I had not heard of the chain before but was pleasantly surprised and would book again. It's keyless but felt very safe and rooms were perfect.

Keep up the good work

Used hotel for a trip to Dortmund. Was within 15 miles of our destination and was extremely clean and modern for a very low price. Also has a great bakery right underneath that is perfect for either breakfast or lunch.

Clean room Staff Breakfast Bar

Absolutely superb hotel. From the moment we stepped in, to dinner with a number of guests and breakfast, nothing was too much for the always smiling staff. A group of us stayed here for Medica rather than pay over the odds for a mediocre hotel in Düsseldorf. Highly recommend and we’re made to feel special.

Amazing country hotel with beautiful decor and spa. We enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna and massage bed for relaxation. Our junior suite was very comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us. We also had our own terrace with beautiful countryside views. The staff was very friendly and the food excellent.

Clean room

The hotel is a short metro ride away from essen. Unfortunately this stops at 23.00hrs so its a taxi or walk 45 minutes to get back. The area has good facilities with several pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the hotel are brilliant and room we had was ideal for our needs. Clean and tidy with a small kitchen area and a balcony. Excellent value for money.

Lovely friendly hotel, lovely front of house member of staff gave us a drink free of charge on arrival as such a hot day and we walked from town (mainly uphill!) We only stayed one night, all was great, right next to starlight express and some lovely touches e.g. photobooth Would recommend to anyone!
