"I will not stay here again. The chain lock on the door was broken, and no one was available to repair it. The television also did not work. A gentleman from the front desk came to assist, but he was unable to fix the issue. We were then informed that the only person who could repair it was at a party and would not be available until 11:00 p.m.
The shower head barely produced any water, making it nearly impossible to shower comfortably. In addition, the refrigerator froze all of our food. We requested a different room, but the only available option was a smoking room.
The reception area was unbearably hot. When I asked whether the air conditioning was broken, I was told that the owner does not allow staff to turn on the air conditioning in the lobby in order to save money.
The beds, however, were comfortable, and the front desk staff were polite and friendly."
