"We had a great weekend and even ended up extending a night so we could stay longer. My kids loved the pool options with indoor and outdoor experiences. The breakfast in the morning has so much variety all could find something they wanted. We had a great stay. "

After my daughter took a shower, the pressure in the pipes kept building and vibrating, sounding like a distant chainsaw. We ended up changing rooms at 10:30 at night. The room we were moved to was much nicer, and the beds were much more comfortable; I'm not sure about the discrepancy. There were dirty footprints on the wall across from the toilet. Also, the street noise was loud on the south side, but much better on the north side. Breakfast was minimal and not great. If I had to stay here again, I would, but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice. "

Staff was horrid, harassing and yelling at guests regarding various things such as having a beer can in the room, smoking in the “designated smoking area”, “loitering” in the parking lot by standing/talking to family who were also staying at the same hotel. Was also pounding on various doors at 7am and yelling at two cars worth of policemen in the parking lot after calling them on a random guest. Manager also admitted to using the security cameras to watch what guests bring into their rooms, when they come and go, and how many people come into the rooms, as well as watching guest activity from their on property residence. "

"We really enjoy this hotel. The breakfast was great, the rooms were comfortable. I would recommend your own pillow because the ones here were not very comfortable "
