"Great place to stay for a visit to Dinosaur National Monument. Property was very clean, room was appointed nicely. The breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Good coffee (we all know that is important). Felt very safe. Guest laundry room was a great idea. Highly recommend staying here. "

"Entire place under construction, they are changing to a Best Western property. The swimming pool looked like something from a horror movie, covered with green slime. Entire property just a total mess."

"The bathtub/shower was dirty. I couldn’t use it because it was so dirty. Everything in the room was old and run down. The bed was really hard. The sheets were not clean. The pictures on the website that I looked at when I booked the room were very deceiving. They made the place look nice. I was very disappointed. I didn’t stay the second night that I had paid for because everything was so nasty. The lady at the front desk was fantastic! She was excellent during the check in process."

"Pool was under renovation but no notice of it. Some of the wall outlets did not work. Waffles were good and the staff was great."

"Expedia should be ashamed of themselves for even having this property on their website. The motel not hotel has zero signage- had to ask the guy at the counter if it was the right place. Across the street are burned out buildings and boarded up buildings. We pulled up and people not staying there were barbecuing out in the parking lot. "This hotel is older and not very updated, but I called ahead to ask for adjoining rooms and a baby bed and they were very nice. I realized I had booked the wrong kinds of rooms and they were able to change it and add adjoining rooms for no extra charge. We did have an issue with the TV - the remote didn't work and the volume was blaring. It wasn't possible to fix while we were there but we were only there one night so we made it work.
