"We paid extra to get the 9/11 water fall view but we ended up getting a room in the back with no view, the shower was dangerous since the water would get everywhere and you could slipped and fall, other than that the hotel was great"

"Great location, very helpful staff with a quick check in. Rooms clean with good storage for clothes etc The roof terrace on the 27th floor is great, bring your own food/drink up there, also free tea/coffee/water there and inside lounge area.
No bar or really lobby, lifts are a bit slow."

"This hotel was wonderful! We (two of us) stayed in a superior room and had a view of St. Patrick's Cathedral. The hotel is in the PERFECT location to walk to everything inmidtown Manhattan. The bed is the MOST comfortable hotel I've ever slept on and the pillows and bedding are top notch. Will definitely be staying here again!"
